GOOD CAUSE appearing, the opinion filed November 17, 2011, in the above entitled matter is hereby modified as follows: On page 2, last paragraph, second sentence that reads: One seemingly incriminating, but eventually debunked, link between Montiel and Taracena was the fact that Montiel's brother was related by marriage to a man named Gustavo Valdiva, which was the name of one of Taracena's accomplices. Should be deleted and replaced with the following sentence: One seemingly incriminating, but eventually debunked, link between Montiel and Taracena was the fact that Montiel's brother was related by marriage to a man who shared the same last name
