THE COURT:* GOOD CAUSE appearing, the modification order filed in the above entitled matter on November 17, 2009, is modified as follows: On page 3, footnote 3 should be deleted in its entirety and the following language should be inserted: "The cases in this appeal are among many from throughout the State against various entities and individuals affiliated with the Catholic Church for childhood sexual abuse. Those cases have been coordinated in the Los Angeles County Superior Court and formerly in the Alameda County Superior Court. Southern California cases are known as Clergy Cases I (JCCP No. 4286) and Clergy Cases II (JCCP No. 4297). The Bay Area cases are known as Clergy Cases III (JCCP No. 4359). The Second District of the Court of Appeal is the intermediate appellate court for all of the coordinated cases."
