On page 5, lines 19 through 21, the sentence beginning "As a result . . ." is modified to read: "Allegedly as a result, HSBC withdrew its employment offer." On page 9, line 26, "16001" is changed to "16601." On page 9, line 27, "16002" is changed to "16602." On page 32, line 5, the word "Andersen's" is changed to "Edwards's." This modification does not affect the judgment.
