THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. WEYLIN ASHER RICE, Defendant and Appellant. (Marin County Super. Ct. No. SC178413A) A136898

Pursuant to a negotiated disposition, appellant Weylin Asher Rice entered a plea of guilty to possession of child pornography in violation of Penal Code section 311.11, a felony. He received the agreed-upon sentence of five years probation, on certain terms and conditions. His attorney on appeal has filed an opening brief arguing no issues and asking this Court for an independent review of the record pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436. We have conducted the requested review and conclude that there are no arguable issues. Pursuant to a search warrant, police seized from appellant's personal computer at his residence film containing child pornography. He admitted to police that the films were his property. Appellant was represented throughout the proceedings by counsel. His guilty plea was validly entered after full advisement of rights and consequences. There was no sentencing error.
