THE COURT: It is ordered that the opinion filed on November 19, 2002, be modified as follows: 1. On page 1, line 4 of the title, the name "SIRIAH" is changed to "SYRIAH" to read: SYRIAH DEGRATE, 2. On page 2, line 1 of the third full paragraph, the name "Siriah" is changed to "Syriah" so the sentence reads (footnotes omitted): Syriah Degrate, a Section 8 tenant, appeals a judgment in an unlawful detainer action in favor of Wasatch Property Management (Wasatch).

3. On page 3, line 3 of the second full paragraph, the number "1" is changed to "5", so the sentence reads: On March 5, Wasatch filed an unlawful detainer complaint. There is no change in the judgment.
