Opinion

PALMER, J. The defendant, Deyse M. Huertas, appeals from the trial court's denial of her motion to open the judgment of strict foreclosure rendered in favor of the plaintiff, Argent Mortgage Company, LLC (Argent). The defendant claims, contrary to the conclusion of the trial court, that service of the foreclosure action at her home while she was incarcerated did not meet the abode service requirements of General Statutes
