LAVINE, J. The plaintiff, Pamela Cianci, appeals from the judgment of the trial court denying her application to discharge a mechanic's lien recorded on her property by the defendant, Originalwerks, LLC. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the trial court (1) misapplied the law in determining the amount of debt claimed by the defendant and (2) improperly concluded that the defendant filed its lien in a timely manner pursuant to General Statutes
