ZARELLA, J. The plaintiff, Fort Trumbull Conservancy, LLC,1 appeals from the trial court's judgment dismissing its action against the defendants city of New London (city) and the New London Development Corporation (development corporation),2 for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The trial court determined that the plaintiff's second amended complaint, which was filed in response to the court's order to revise the original complaint, failed to allege a colorable claim under General Statutes
