The plaintiff in error (plaintiff), Anthony Furs, brings this writ of error seeking reversal of the judgment of the trial court finding him in criminal contempt of court for refusing to testify in the trial of Alfredo Gonzalez, following the court's order granting the state's application to grant the plaintiff use immunity pursuant to General Statutes
