The plaintiff, Marcia Iello, appeals from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendant Michael Weiner.1 On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly concluded that her action was time barred by the applicable statute of limitations2 and could not be saved under General Statutes
