The defendant, Dennis Earl Thompson, appeals from the judgment of the Appellate Court, which affirmed the trial court's judgment of conviction following the defendant's conditional plea of nolo contendere to the charge of possession of marijuana with intent to sell by a person who is not drug-dependent.
