Veilleux, appeals from the decision of the compensation review board (board) affirming the decision of the workers' compensation commissioner for the eighth district (commissioner) dismissing his claim for benefits from the defendants, Complete Interior Systems, Inc. (Complete Interior), and Wall Board Systems, Inc. (Wall Board), and several of its workers' compensation insurers,1 on the ground that it was time barred under General Statutes
