Zulick,1 brought this action against the defendant, Patrons Mutual Insurance Company, alleging that the defendant had breached the terms of an insurance policy providing for coverage for loss of the plaintiffs' personal property and had violated the Connecticut Unfair Insurance Practices Act (CUIPA), General Statutes
