Plaintiff Rodney Hufford commenced the present action as a result of an automobile accident th at occurred on M ay 23, 2004. Th e Plaintiff alleges that the accident was caused by the negligent and reckless conduct of Defendant Derek Moore, along with other named Defendants. 1 Defendant Jeanette M. Johnson is Derek Moore's mother. The Plaintiff's theory of liability against Ms. Johnson revolves around the Defendant signing her minor son Derek's license application on behalf of the minor and thus can be held jointly and severally liable for the actions of her son under 21 Del. C.
