IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL OF FLORIDA THIRD DISTRICT JULY TERM, A.D. 2002 ROBERT SHULER, Appellant, vs. THE STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee. ** ** ** ** ** CASE NO. 3D02-1627 LOWER TRIBUNAL NO. 95-21728

Opinion filed August 7, 2002. An Appeal under Fla.R.App.P. 9.141(b)(2) from the Circuit Court for Dade County, Victoria Sigler, Judge. Robert Shuler, in proper person. Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, for appellee. Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and COPE and FLETCHER, JJ. PER CURIAM. The order denying the petitioner's highly repetitive motion for post-conviction relief is affirmed. The prohibition below of further pro se filings is, however, vacated on the authority of State v. Spencer, 751 So. 2d 47 (Fla. 1999), without prejudice to further proceedings consistent with that decision.
