CONFESSION OF ERROR PER CURIAM. The State having correctly conceded that the trial court did not have jurisdiction over the defendant as to counts 3 and 4, the order revoking probation and imposing the 24-months sentences of imprisonment is reversed as to said counts 3 and 4 and the

case is remanded for resentencing.
