Before GERSTEN, GREEN, and RAMIREZ, JJ. PER CURIAM. In light of our decision on the plenary appeal, Sidran v. E.I. Dupont De Demours & Co., No. 01-2229 (Fla. 3d DCA, November 26, 2003), we reverse the trial court's order granting the appellee's motion for attorney's fees. Reversed.
