PER CURIAM. The facts of this case are identical to those in Smith v. State, 582 So. 2d 796 (Fla. 5th DCA 1991), with the exception of the identity of the appellant. We repeat the action taken over eleven years ago and dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction and remand with directions to the trial court to prepare and render an order that conforms with Smith. DISMISSED and REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
