PER CURIAM. Appellant contends the trial court erred by imposing a $65 cost pursuant to section 939.185, Florida Statutes (2005). The State properly concedes error. S.V.S. v. State , 936 So. 2d 769 (Fla. 5th DCA 2006). We vacate the $65 cost imposed. REVERSED.
