EVANDER, J. Orlando Regional Healthcare System, Inc. ("Orlando Regional"), seeks certiorari review of an order denying its motion for summary judgment. Because the trial court denied a claim for statutory immunity from suit under Florida's Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Act ("NICA"),1 certiorari jurisdiction is appropriate.
