ATTENTION: ALL PUBLISHERS THE FOLLOWING CORRECTION HAS BEEN MADE IN THE ABOVE OPINION: On page 2, under "FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY," the second sentence has been corrected to read as follows: "The convictions for the other offenses, second-degree murder and armed robbery in Braggs' case, and kidnapping and battery in Ruiz's case, were affirmed by the Third District and are not at issue in this case."
