Angel Nieves Diaz, a prisoner under sentence of death and an active death warrant, appeals the circuit court's orders denying his successive motions for postconviction relief and requests for public records. Diaz has also filed petitions with this Court pursuant to our authority to issue writs of habeas corpus and all writs necessary to the complete exercise of our jurisdiction. We have jurisdiction.
