Butler, 966 So. 2d 405 (Fla. 4th DCA 2007), 1 arguing that the Fourth District Court of Appeal erred in holding that (1) his claims for fraudulent inducement, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty were barred by a failure to show justifiable reliance; and (2) he was not entitled to prejudgment interest on attorneys' fees. We agree.
