We have for review the decision of the Second District Court of Appeal in Caldwell v. State, 985 So. 2d 602 (Fla. 2d DCA 2008). The district court rejected the contention that petitioner Eric Caldwell had been subjected to an unconstitutional seizure under the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution, and certified conflict with the opinion of the Fourth District Court of Appeal in Raysor v. State, 795 So. 2d 1071 (Fla. 4th DCA 2001). We have jurisdiction. See art. V,
