[November 12, 2009] PER CURIAM. This matter is before the Court for consideration of proposed amendments to the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, the Florida Rules of Juvenile Procedure, and the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure.1 The proposed amendments implement recommendations of the Commission on District Court of Appeal Performance and Accountability (Commission) concerning its study of delay in dependency and termination of parental rights appeals.
