This case is before the Court for review of the en banc decision of the Second District Court of Appeal in J.A.B. v. State, 993 So. 2d 1150 (Fla. 2d DCA 2008), addressing the issue of juvenile restitution. The Second District certified conflict with the decision of the First District Court of Appeal in J.A.M. v. State, 601 So. 2d 278 (Fla. 1st DCA 1992), on the issue of whether setting the commencement date for restitution must be conditioned on the juvenile obtaining employment. We have jurisdiction.
