ALAN LYNDELL WADE, Appellant, vs. STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee. [May 6, 2010] PER CURIAM. Alan Lyndell Wade was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of kidnapping, and two counts of robbery in the July 2005 murders of Carol and Reggie Sumner. In accord with the jury`s recommendation, the trial court sentenced Wade to death for each murder. In this appeal, Wade challenges his convictions and sentences. We have jurisdiction. See art. V,
