David Beasher Snelgrove appeals his sentences of death for the 2000 murders of 84-year-old Glyn Fowler and his 79-year-old wife, Vivian Fowler. 1 We previously affirmed his convictions but reversed his original death sentences and remanded for a new penalty phase. Snelgrove v. State, 921 So. 2d 560 (Fla. 2005). For the reasons stated below, we now affirm his sentences. I.
