Banco Industrial de Venezuela, C.A., Miami Agency, and its subsidiary, BIV Investments and Management, Inc. (collectively referred to as "BIV"), seek review of the decision of the Third District Court of Appeal in Banco Industrial de Venezuela, C.A., Miami Agency v. de Saad, 21 So. 3d 46 (Fla. 3d DCA 2009).1 For the reasons expressed below, we quash the Third Districts decision.
