AMENDMENT TO FLORIDA RULE OF JUVENILE PROCEDURE 8.100(A)
The attached revised opinion supersedes the opinion dated July 6, 2000.
Upon consideration of the Motion for Rehearing and/or Motion for Extension of
Time for Repeal of Amendment to Rule 8.100(a) filed by the Honorable F. Dennis
Alvarez and Honorable Susan F. Schaeffer; and the Motion for Rehearing and/or
Motion for Extension of Time for Repeal of Amendment to Rule 8.100(a) and Adoption
of Motion by the Judges of the Sixth and Thirteenth Judicial Circuits filed by the
Department of Juvenile Justice, it is ordered that the Motions for Rehearing be denied
and the Motions for Extension of Time be granted in light of the revised opinion.
SHAW, ANSTEAD, PARIENTE and LEWIS, JJ., concur.
