S08Z1544. IN RE MARILYN RINGSTAFF. PER CURIAM. Marilyn Ringstaff appeals the final decision of the Board to Determine Fitness of Bar Applicants ("the Board") denying her certification of fitness to practice law. After reviewing the record, we conclude the Board erred; accordingly, we reverse the Board's decision and order that a certificate of fitness to practice law be granted Ms. Ringstaff. After conducting an informal meeting with Ms. Ringstaff, the Board tentatively denied a certificate of moral fitness and issued specifications when Ringstaff requested a formal hearing. Part A,
