S09A1995. LOADHOLT v. THE STATE. Thompson, Justice. The crimes were committed on December 27, 1999. An indictment was returned on February 7, 2000, charging Loadholt with malice murder; felony murder while in the commission of an aggravated assault; possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony; and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Trial commenced on September 26, 2000, and on September 28, 2000, a jury found Loadholt guilty as charged.
