These appeals arise from trial court orders granting preliminary injunctions and appointing receivers to take control of the assets of certain stores and operate them. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand. On March 8, 2010, the State of Georgia, ex rel. Hayward Altman, District Attorney for the Middle Judicial Circuit, brought these five civil actions under the Georgia Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"). See OCGA
