Baker is the subject of an investigation by Disciplinary Counsel, (2) Respondent Baker has failed to cooperate with Counsel's investigation, (3) Respondent Baker was served, pursuant to Rule 2.12A(b) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the State of Hawai#i, with our February 25, 2004 order to show cause as to why he should not be suspended from the practice of law, (4) Respondent Baker's March 23, 2004 response to our February 25, 2004 order was timely, (5) Respondent Baker has not complied with Disciplinary Counsel's requests and has failed to cooperate with Disciplinary Counsel's investigation, and (6) Respondent Baker has failed to show good cause for such failure.
