In this consolidated appeal, Defendant-Appellant Henry H. Anguay (Appellant) appeals from the judgments and sentences entered in Criminal Nos. 92-1238, 99-2409, 00-1-1452, 01-1-2052, and 01-1-2829. In Cr. No. 92-1238, on December 16, 1992, the first circuit court1 (the court) sentenced Appellant to five years of probation and 60 days in jail with credit for time served for one count of forgery in the first degree, a class B felony, Hawai#i Revised Statutes (HRS)
