First District, First Division Docket No. 1-09-2839 August 22, 2011 Defendant's convictions for predatory criminal sexual assault and criminal sexual assault and his sentence to natural life were upheld over his contentions that the trial court violated Supreme Court Rule 431(b) and that his sentence violated the proportionate penalties clause, but the mittimus was corrected to accurately reflect his convictions.
