On August 14, 2000, defendant, Dion Thurman, filed a postconviction petition, seeking the vacation of a guilty plea hehad entered on August 9, 1990. The petition was dismissed forlack of standing. Defendant now appeals. We affirm.
FACTS
On August 9, 1990, defendant entered a fully negotiatedguilty plea to the state offense of unlawful possession of acontrolled substance.
