Fourth District Docket No. 4-10-0014 September 28, 2011 In proceedings on defendant's pro se postconviction petition following his convictions for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, the denial of his petition was reversed and the cause was remanded on the ground that he was denied effective assistance of his trial counsel based on the per se conflict of interest that arose from his trial counsel's representation of the confidential informant in defendant's case in other criminal matters pending at the same time as defendant's prosecution.
