Fourth District Docket No. 4-10-0005 July 12, 2011 September 21, 2011 October 18, 2011 Defendant's conviction for aggravated robbery following a jury trial was affirmed on appeal, notwithstanding defendant's contention that the jury was biased based on a letter written to the court by a juror following the trial alleging irregularities in the deliberations and asking the court to set aside the verdict, since the trial court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to consider the allegations in the letter.
