First District, Second Division Docket No. 1-10-2640 December 13, 2011 In an action arising from a loan plaintiffs obtained from defendant bank, the trial court properly dismissed plaintiffs' claims, inter alia, that the bank charged an interest rate above the rate permitted by the Interest Act and the Promissory Note and Bank Holiday Act, that the use of a 365/360 method of calculating interest violated the Interest Act, that it violated the Credit Agreements Act and the Consumer Fraud Act, and that it committed common law fraud.
