Appellate Court Caption

RICHARD C. MOENNING, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, a Utah Corporation, COMMUTER RAIL DIVISION, the Operation Division of the Regional Transportation Authority, and RICHARD GLADKOWSKI, Defendants, and NORMAN J. LERUM, Petitioner-Appellee.

District & No.

First District, First Division Docket No. 1-10-1866 February 21, 2012 March 20, 2012 In an action arising from the injuries plaintiff suffered while disembarking from a car of a passenger train, where the judgment entered for plaintiff was upheld on appeal and plaintiff's trial counsel filed a petition to adjudicate his attorney's lien, the trial court's orders granting the petition and denying plaintiff's motion to reconsider were affirmed, since plaintiff failed to file with the appellate court the report of the proceedings in the trial court on the petition to adjudicate or a bystander's report or an agreed statement of facts, and under those circumstances, the orders would be presumed to be in conformity with the law and have a sufficient factual basis. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook County, No. 04-L-8443; the Hon. Eileen Mary Brewer, Judge, presiding.
