Fifth District Docket No. 5-09-0346 August 10, 2011 August 31, 2011 In a prosecution for the armed robbery of a liquor store, the trial court did not abuse its discretion in admitting a video recording and still photographs from surveillance cameras where the State presented sufficient proof under the silent-witness theory of the reliability of the process that produced the video and the photographs, and the trial court did not abuse its discretion in finding that the delay of defendant's trial caused by his motion to substitute judges was attributable to him and that his right to a speedy trial was not violated.
