OPINION The issue in this appeal is whether a motion filed by the State seeking reconsideration of a circuit court's interlocutory order suppressing evidence tolls the time for appeal under Supreme Court Rules 604(a)(1) and 606(b) (210 Ill. 2d Rs. 604(a)(1), 606(b)).
