Case Summary Allen Montgomery ("Montgomery") appeals his two Class D felony convictions for Intimidation and his eleven Class A misdemeanor convictions for Invasion of Privacy. Montgomery contends that insufficient evidence exists to support his Intimidation convictions because the State failed to prove that the victim was a "judge" within the meaning of the statute.
