STATEMENT OF THE CASE Jeffrey Flora appeals the trial court's denial of his Motion to Remove Sexually Violent Predator Status. He presents a single dispositive issue for our review, namely, whether the 2006 amended version of Indiana Code Section 35-38-1-7.5 is an ex post facto law as applied to him. We affirm. FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY In 1996, Flora pleaded guilty to rape, as a Class A felony; criminal deviate conduct, as a Class A felony; confinement, as a Class B felony; and robbery, as a Class B felony. Flora had committed those offenses in July 1995. The trial court imposed an aggregate sentence of fifty years with twenty-five years suspended to probation. Because Flora committed the offense of rape in 1995, he was required to register as a sex offender. See P.L. 33-1996
