MEMORANDUM OPINION
Unrepresented by counsel Plaintiff, Douglas W. Wilson, filed this action against the Commonwealth of Kentucky; Judge Larry Raikes; Judge C. Derek Reed; Commonwealth Attorney Mike Nichols; social workers Tara Wilson, Tonya Dishman, and Jennifer Heller; the Department for Community Based Services-Cabinet for Health and Family Services; Christy Groce; and Charles Groce. All Defendants except the Groces are sued in both their official and individuals capacities. The Groces are sued only in their individual capacities. Plaintiff is proceeding in forma pauperis. For that reason, this action is before the Court for sua sponte screening pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
