ABRAMSON, JUDGE:   Charles Thomas, a building contractor and the sole shareholder
of  L & C Management, Inc. (d/b/a L & C Construction), the corporation through which
Thomas carries on his business, appeals pro se from an August 24, 2005 judgment of the
Fayette Circuit Court finding L & C and Thomas both liable to Arylon and Gloria Brooks
