MEMORANDUM OPINION OF THE COURT AFFIRMING On May 8, 2008, Appellant, David Eugene Houchin, was found guilty by a Grayson Circuit Court jury and convicted of arson in the second-degree, fraudulent insurance acts in excess of $300, wanton endangerment in the second-degree, and of being a persistent felony offender in the first-degree . For these crimes, Appellant was sentenced to twenty years' imprisonment . Appellant now appeals his conviction as a matter of right. Ky. Const.
