STUMBO, JUDGE:  Ardie Greenamyer appeals from an order of the Jefferson
Circuit Court overruling a Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure (CR) 60.02 motion
to set aside a previous order.  He argues that the trial court should have granted the
motion because it is inequitable to enforce the previous order and that he has

substantially complied with the previous order.  We find that Greenamyer
