MEMORANDUM OPINION OF THE COURT REVERSING AND REMANDING Following a trial by jury in the Ohio Circuit Court, Appellant, Nicia Wilson, was convicted of one count of complicity to rape in the first degree, for which she was sentenced to thirty years in prison, and two counts of complicity to rape in the second degree, for which she was sentenced to ten years in prison for each count . The sentences were ordered to run consecutively for a total sentence of fifty years . Appellant appeals to this court as a matter of right, Ky. Const.
